The IDT Consultative Engagement Process

The basis for our integrated ECM, ERP and CRM products and services is to learn all critical aspects of the client's business by gathering relevant information, performing evaluations and making recommendations.

First, IDT conducts a thorough evaluation by collecting client information on the business, investigating and analyzing sales, operations and by examining marketing methods. The end goal is to address and answer a series of questions such as:
