| | Systems Analyst | Job Description The Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration and implementation of document management applications. This position works closely with our clients, vendors, and other analysts in a small team environment. The Systems Analyst also interacts with technical and sales staff to support, troubleshoot and advise in areas of product implementations and upgrades.
| Responsibilities
- Work jointly with a Project Manager/Technical Manager to install and configure software and hardware systems

Provide technical expertise in content management, web based solutions and systems integration

Determine system problems, support, and resolution for desktop, communication and configuration issues
-
Document and convey problems, causes and resolutions through company procedures, user guides, and requirements analysis
-
Plan, coordinate and schedule resolution events with all relevant internal and external clients
-
Development and implementation of custom programs for enhancing the functionality of Enterprise Content Management Solutions
| Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in professional training
-
Two years experience in software implementation
-
Certification in at least one of the following: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, or CDIA+
-
Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
Required Technical Skills:
-
Minimum two years experience programming in Visual Basic
-
Experience with Microsoft 2000 and XP
-
Working knowledge of Network Infrastructures
Preferred Knowledge and Skill Set: -
Stellent/Optika,Captiva, Kofax or other imaging software experience
-
Experience with Microsoft IIS SQL Server
