| | Programmer Analyst | Job Description The Programmer Analyst is responsible for the integration, configuration and implementation of content management applications. This position works closely with our clients, vendors, and other IDT Systems. The Programmer Analyst also interacts with technical and sales staff to support, troubleshoot and advise in areas of product implementations and upgrades. | Responsibilities
- Work with IDT’s CTO on building custom applications, utilities, system integration and application enhancements

Work jointly with a Project Manager/Technical Manager to install and configure software and hardware systems

Provide technical expertise in content management, web based solutions and systems integration

Determine system problems, support, and resolution for desktop, communication and configuration issues

Document and convey problems, causes and resolutions through company procedures, user guides, and requirements analysis

Plan, coordinate and schedule resolution events with all relevant internal and external clients
| Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in professional training and/or experience
-
Stellent/Oracle, OnBase, KnowledgeLake, FileBound, Kofax or other imaging software experience is a benefit
-
3 to 5 years of experience in software development, systems analysis, software design, system & unit testing, complex systems integration, & application implementation

Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills

Certification in at least one of the following preferred: MCP, MCSA, MCSE, or CDIA+
Programming experience in the following

Visual Basic, C# or C++- Essential

.NET - Essential
-
HTML – Beneficial
-
ASP.NET – Beneficial
-
IIS – Beneficial
-
Web Services – Beneficial
-
Database design and implementation, experience utilizing SQL Server and/or Oracle – Beneficial
