Business Development Executive
Job Description
Integrated Document Technologies, Inc. supports mid-market and enterprise firms in achieving maximum efficiency by offering fully integrated ECM solutions. Since 1992, IDT has been a single-source for Content Management systems design, integration, customization and long-term support for all our solutions.

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating and closing new sales opportunities related to IDTs product and service offerings including FileBound by Upland Software, OnBase by Hyland, CAPSYS CAPTURE from CAPSYS Technologies, Kofax and other ECM solutions represented by IDT.

This person will develop strategies for identifying and qualifying new prospects, providing product information, coordinating and conducting product demonstrations, completing sales proposals and closing sales.
Responsibilities
  • This role's primary responsibility is to be a Sales Representative for IDT's Software, Cloud and Professional Services in the allocated industry and/or territory. The key measures of success are generating Software, Cloud and Professional Services revenues while maintaining gold standard customer relationships
  • Produce results consistent with meeting or achieving annual revenue targets
  • Ensure customer reference-ability for all assigned accounts
  • Communicate all market and industry trends back to IDT
  • Be an expert in your industry including holding relevant certifications
  • Display full adoption of Solution Selling methodology
  • Provide accurate forecasting to management
  • Report account visibility through Key Deal Reviews and Territory Account Reviews
  • Achieve management expectations of customer count and solution type
  • Clearly articulate key IDT Solutions
  • Periodically show understanding of our products and solutions through internal demonstrations of the software
  • Fully utilize and comply with CRM, tracking all opportunities, commitments, significant conversations, customer visits or sales calls.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience within the Business to Business arena
  • Experience selling ERP, Content Management or CRM systems a plus
  • Bachelors degree
  • Verifiable experience exceeding annual assigned quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to have strategic business discussions with C-Level (CEO, CFO, CIO) executives
  • Strong presentation skills with a proven track record of presenting in front of large groups of people
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
  • Proven track record of sales within the $1M+ range
  • Ability to present to executive level
  • Strong communication, organization, problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to generate business proposals and build rapport with prospects and customer base.
