Business Development Executive
Job Description
IDT Consulting, Inc. supports small, mid-market and enterprise firms in achieving maximum efficiency by offering fully integrated ECM, ERP and CRM solutions. Since 1992, IDT has been a single-source for Content Management systems design, integration, customization and long-term support for all our solutions.

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating and closing new sales opportunities related to IDTs product and service offerings including Microsoft DynamicsGP, SharePoint and CRM. This person will develop strategies for identifying and qualifying new prospects, providing product information, coordinating and conducting product demonstrations, completing sales proposals and closing sales.
Responsibilities
  • Produce results consistent with meeting or achieving annual revenue targets
  • Develop a pipeline of new prospects through cold calling, seminars, trade shows, and other marketing campaigns as well as follow-up calls from software and/or hardware vendor referrals
  • Understand the needs of the prospect, develop a workable solution proposal, and present this proposal in a cohesive manner to the prospect
  • Utilize IDT**s sales methodology to identify and prioritize opportunities and manage the sales process
  • Qualify prospects based upon requirements analysis, budget available, and timing of implementation
  • Work independently to produce results consistent with meeting or achieving outbound call metrics and quotas
  • Maintain call activity reports in IDT**s CRM system
Requirements
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience within the Business to Business arena
  • Experience selling ERP, Content Management or CRM systems a plus
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven track record of sales within the $1M range
  • Ability to present to executive level
  • Strong communication, organization, problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to generate business proposals and build rapport with prospects and customer base
