Joe Johnson

Joe Johnson has over 10 years of experience in the IT field. He has filled roles that have ranged from Certified Microsoft System Engineer, dealing with Global 2000 Enterprise Datacenter Environments, to heading the Solution Services Team here at IDT. His extensive background includes Enterprise Document Capture, Enterprise Content Management and the integration with various Lines of Business systems inclusive of a strong foundation in the Microsoft and Oracle IT environments. Joe came to IDT with a rich set of ECM related technical and project management experience for a Global 2000 organization. In his most recent position there, Joe was responsible for managing their North American Enterprise Document Capture strategy. His responsibilities includes managing single, high-visibility projects onsite for customers as well as managing several projects at once as a part-time resource. Joe has extensive Project Management experience and can adapt to a preferred management framework that might be employed by the customer, or manage projects with the Microsoft SureStep methodology, the framework that IDT generally uses.

Joe joined IDT in May 2006 as a Systems Analyst and assumed the responsibility of Project Manager the following year. In July 2008, he was promoted to Solution Services Manager. Joe is accountable for all facets of IDT’s technical department through Planning, Technical Leadership, Mentoring and Project Management. His primary responsibilities are a combination of Project Management and Strategic Planning that ensure IDT’s Technical Team has the tools necessary to perform at an exceptional level and value for our customers.
