Carol Zich
Human Resources Director
Carol Zich joined IDT in 2005. As the HR Manager, she has responsibility for
the human resources functions within the organization, including employee relations,
management coaching, salary and benefits administration, and recruitment. She partners
with the management team and works closely with all the employees to support and advise
in HR related areas.
Carol has 19 years experience as a Human Resources professional. Prior to joining IDT,
she was responsible for designing and implementing a full service HR department in a rapidly
growing technology services organization. Carol also came to IDT with extensive HR generalist
and college recruiting experience in the banking industry, her most recent position being Vice
President of College Relations/Recruitment at Chicago’s largest financial institution.
Carol graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Organizational Communications and
from Loyola University with an MS in Human Resources.
